About My Vitality Reboot
My Vitality Reboot is built on inspiration, hope, and purpose.
I was inspired by people I admire—those who continue to live with strength, energy, and passion well into their later years. My hope is to create something truly valuable for men in their 50s and beyond, something that helps us take charge of our health, reclaim our energy, and live fully. And yes, I also hope to build this into a source of income, so I can pour my time and focus into helping others—while enjoying life with my wife as we age, on our terms.

Who I Am
My name is Dale Guiducci, and I launched My Vitality Reboot just as I turned 68 years old.
People tell me I don’t look or act my age—and I certainly don’t feel like most men I know who are in their late 60s. Aside from a bout with kidney cancer seven years ago, I’m healthy and take no prescription medications.
That makes me an outlier.
Most of my peers are dealing with serious health issues. Many rely on multiple medications just to function. So, what’s the difference? Is it great genetics? Not at all. In fact, I come from a family where most people died young. Both grandfathers passed before I was born. My grandmothers died when I was a child. My father died of leukemia at 72, and my mother passed away from dementia at 81.
The Real Story Anout My Vitality Reboot
What I did have was a love of sports from an early age. I’ve always prioritized physical activity, though I’ve never been obsessed with it. I enjoy sweating, moving, and pushing my body—not just for the physical rewards, but because it clears my mind and keeps me grounded.
Ironically, I was a sickly child. I was born with an oversized bronchial gland, and for years, the smallest cold would turn into pneumonia. If it weren’t for penicillin, I likely wouldn’t have made it to first grade. Maybe that early vulnerability planted a seed in me—to fight for health however I could.
Over the decades, I’ve had long gym “on” phases, and long “off” phases too. The gym has always been my personal sanctuary, but like many men, I’ve had to battle back after letting it go.
The Turning Point
In late 2024, I decided to reboot—again.
I picked up a program by Vince Sant of VShred. It was only $57, and I went all in. Four to five days a week of high-intensity interval training (HIIT), weights, and post-workout stretching. It worked. I got stronger. I looked better. The dopamine kicked in.
But after 10 weeks, I hit a wall—hard. I was mentally exhausted and physically beat up. My joints were screaming. So I stopped.
Then I reconnected with Kelly Cunningham, a longtime friend and certified fitness expert. She’s an Advanced Certified Personal Trainer and a specialist in sports nutrition. She helped me see that I was overtraining—especially at my age.
Kelly encouraged a more sustainable plan: 2–3 days a week, body-part splits, one HIIT day max, and plenty of recovery.
That was a huge realization for me—I can’t train like I’m 40 anymore. And that’s okay.
Why This Matters
If you’re in your 50s, 60s, or 70s and you're feeling like your body isn’t cooperating the way it used to, I get it. I’m living it too. But I’m not done yet. And neither are you.
Here’s what I’ve come to believe:
We older guys don’t need to train like Navy SEALs. We need knowledge, support, and a realistic path forward.
That’s what My Vitality Reboot is all about.
